No black powder or bulk smokeless powder or assault weapons allowed at the show. No loaded firearms allowed except by the armed guard and law enforcement officers. Check with the show manager if you need to leave the show early on Sunday. Unclaimed tables as of 9 am Friday will revert back to WACA, and are subject to resale, unless prior arrangements have been made with the show manager. Plastic ties are required on all firearms, and all ammo must be sealed. The show producers reserve the right to deny rental space to anyone at their discretion. The show management, producers, sponsors, staff, agents, and/or individuals, employees, are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage, for any cause what-so-ever that may be incurred by an exhibitor, his employees, guests, or property in his, or their possession. The exhibitor releases the show management, WACA, its sponsors, staff, agents, and/or individuals, and employees, from liability, for any injury, loss, or damage. 24 hour armed security. A firearms inspector will be on duty during public hours. Delivery of goods to the show site is strictly the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
